2nd. David P. Madden sworn in as Director for 6 years.

3rd. Moved by R. E. Ramsey, Seconded by J. B. Roher that the Board dismiss H. T. Bard as teacher the end of the term. All voted yes so ordered.

4th Moved by J. B. Roher sec. by D. P. Madden that G. G. Lane be dismissed at the end of term 29-30. All viting in affirmative, so ordered

5th Moved by Ramsey & Roher that we retain Mrs. Hope Walls Yetter to teach at Meadow Gap. All voting yes, so ordered

6th Moved by Madden and Roher that Miss Speck be retained to teach at Madden's School 30-31. All voting in affirmative , so ordered.

7th Sec'y ordered to notify Mrs Marjorie Rank that she would be elected to teach Maddensville School, at the election of teachers in May.

8 Moved by Madden & Roher that the Pres. & Sec'y get a short term loan, if one was needed All voting yes, so ordered.

Roll called A. F. Cutshall President Chas. S. Stains Sec'y Mrs Eleanor Linn, Rob't E. Ramsey & D. P. Madden were present, J. B. Roher was absent.

1st Moved by Mrs Linn, Sec. by D. P. Madden that 14 mills and 3.00 per capita tax be laid. Vote was called all voted in the affirmative, so ordered.

2nd.Moved that all exonerations that was presented by Dice Ramsey tax collector be accepted.

3rd. Moved that Wood Cutting school be opened by D. P. Madden sec. by Mrs. Linn vote called Madden, Linn & Cutshall voted in affirmative so ordered.

4th On account of petition at Pleasant Bank J. G. Lane was rejected vote being called all voting yes

5th. Moved by Madden sec. by Cutshall that J. G. Lane teach Wood Cutting. Vote being called Madden & Cutshall yes Linn and Ramsey no. so ordered.

6th. Resolved that school would start on the 1st. Mon in Sep't.

7th. Resolved to adjorn untill Aug. 1st. when meeting would be held at Robt. E. Ramseys.

1st. Moved by Mrs. Linn Sec. by D. P. Madden. Thatwe pay Guarde Anderson in full for cleaning Maddenville School. Vote called Linn, Madden & Ramsey Affirmed So ordered.

2nd. Moved by Mr. A. F. Cutshall, Sec. by Mrs. Linn. That hereafter the School board reject any or all of the bids of Mr. Guard Anderson as he is not a responsible bidder. Vote being called Cutshall, Linn, Madden, Roher, Ramsey, voted yea. So ordered.

3rd. Resolved. That we give the retiring Director Mr. J. B. Roher a vote of thanks for the his untiring efforts in furthering the efforts of the board and Township in the cause of Education.

New Bus.

Mr. Paul Fleck, & R. E. Ramsey were then sworn in as members of the School bd. for a term of 6 yrs. by the Sec.

Election of Office Moved by Ramsey Sec. by Linn. that we retain the present Offices for the coming year. Vote called Linn, Ramsey, Madden, Fleck. so ordered.

Moved by Ramsey, Sec by Linn that we buy a box from Nrs. D. P. Madden to keep text books in. The said box to be lined with tin to keep rats & mice out. Vote Ramsey, Linn, & Fleck. so ordered.

3 Moved that we notify J. G. Lane that his services will no longer be required after the expiration of this term. Moved by Mr. Paul Fleck seconded by Mrs Linn, Vote being called Fleck, Linn, Madden and Ramsey yea. so ordered.

4th. Moved by Mrs Linn sec. by Fleck that we notify Miss Speck. Vote being called, Linn, Fleck, Madden & Ramsy voted yea, So ordered

on July 5th 1932.

Roll call Those present Pres. A. F. Cutshall, Vice Pres Mrs. Eleanor Linn, and Robert E. Ramsey. Minutes of last meeting read and affirmed as read

1st. Moved by Mrs. Linn that we lay a per capiti tax of 2.50 and a Real Estate tax of .o13 Mills Sec. by Mr. Ramsey. Vote being called, all voting in the affirmative it was so ordered.

2nd Moved by Mrs. Linn, Sec. by Mr. Ramsey that Clifford Norris be elected to teach Maddensville school the coming year provided his actions & teaching was approved and acceptable to the Sch. Bd. and patrons. Vote being called all voted in the affirmative Linn, Ramsey & Cutshall so ordered.

Resolved that school start on the first Monday the 5th day of Sept. 1932 and continue for the full term.

3 The Exoneration list of the tax collector was looked over and they were all approved the amount was 67.90

Walters be notified by the Sec. that at the end of the present term of school on or about the 15th day of May 1933 that their contract with the School B'd. of Springfield end,Vote being called Cutshall, Fleck, Ramsey and Madden voted Yea unamous so ordered

4th There not being no further business a motion to adjorn untill called by Pres. so ordered

3rd. Moved by Paul Fleck, Sec. by D. P. Madden that the Pres. A. F. Cutshall and Sec'y. Chas S. Stains make out a note and borrow $1000.00 from the 3 Spg's. Bank to pay teachers, Vote called Cutshall, Fleck, Madden, Ramsey, voted yes. so ordered.

4th Moved by Fleck, Sec. by Madden that Sec'y. see Flascher about roof paint to paint the school Houses roofs. And if price was right to buy enough to paint all the roofs, All voted in the affirmative so ordered

5th Moved by Fleck sec. by Ramsey that we adjorn to meet at the home of R. E. Ramsey on May 6th. vote all so ordered at 1 P. M.

Resolved that Mr. Allen Cutshall Cashier of the First National Bank of Three Springs act as Treasurer. for the coming Year All voting in Affirm.

Moved by Fleck, Sec. by Madden that the Appointed Officers of the Sch. Bd. provide the following Bonds, Tax Coll. $2000. Treas. $2000 Sec. $1000 All voted in the Affirmative. so Ordered.

Moved by Madden, Sec. by Fleck. that the Board comply with the School Law by reducing Teachers Salaries 10% All voted in the Affirmative so Ordered

Resolved that the Board lay a 12 mill tax and a 2.00 Hed Pro. capiti tax all voted in Affirmative

Resolved that the Board meet Sat. 22nd. at Maddens Sch. Hou. and sell the coal, Kindling cleaning, etc.
