Paul Cote's "Bo - No Bo" clinic was excellent. Paul taught moves from the Okinawan, Isshin Ryu, bo form, "To Komini No Kun." Then he showed how these moves could be used with Ba Gua style empty hands. Those attending had opportunities to practice the bo moves and the empty hand applications.
